The Platinum #3776 Laurel Green represents victory and glory, as laurel leaves were traditionally used in wreaths to crown winners.

The rhodium-plated 14kt gold nib is a beautiful piece of work, made in-house at Platinum, and hand-tested at the factory.

The Platinum #3776 Century range features the 'Slip and Seal' airtight screw-on cap, an innovative system which uses an inner plastic seal with a strong spring. The primary benefit of this system is improved storage ability - the ink will not dry out even if left for over a year. It also allows use of Platinum Carbon and Pigment inks. An added benefit is improved resistance to leaks due to pressure changes.

Uses Platinum ink cartridges or fit a converter (available separately) for use with bottled ink. Platinum recommends Platinum Fountain Pen Ink, though of course any quality bottled ink can be used.

The #3776 name comes from the height in metres of Mt.Fuji, the highest and most beautiful peak in Japan.
